Question about additional restrictions

I have a question on the additional restrictions you forwarded me.

• New -ball and -human genre wikis will generally not be approved
  • Existing communities looking to migrate from other platforms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

What qualifies as a new wiki here? Philosophyball previously existed on Miraheze, as did the main ball wikis. I am requesting an additional review on a case-by-case basis, as defined in the rules. Acquisitor of Wisdom (talk) 16:05, 2 August 2023 (UTC)

I was mostly closing requests as a formality as no other wiki creator has taken action in several weeks on those put into pending.

Yesterday librepedia.miraheze.org worked correctly in the morning, but in the afternoon the wiki didn't work, when it started working again, they used my user account "I don't know" to spam there, the page special:managewiki doesn't exist, it's not linked either to miraheze, even if miraheze:meta:special:CA/No se shows that yes, they are putting links to infect people with malware and/or see horrible things, my "No se" account is not mine, someone took the opportunity to spam, can you do something? you can see the recent changes No se (talk) 20:43, 5 August 2023 (UTC)

Bug in namespace page

The edit-warring you link to is nearly half a year old, not grounds for any of the severity of requested action on my part, and took place on another service. Please provide notice on the Steward requests page if/when any current vandalism or edit-warring occurs by this user on this service where appeals to local administration have been unsuccessful, but for now I'm considering this matter closed.

As a result, it was decided not to remove the page, but even after this decision was made, because you removed content from the page for no reason, so I was rv. I fully understand from your statement as "ハイブリッドカー85・特急ひだ・あいの風ライナー・北越急行特急はくたか・飛騨の民" on chizunetwiki that you want the page delete but please understand that it requires a consensus of the community.
